Lars Mikkelsen-1Lars Dittmann Mikkelsen (born 6 May 1964) is a Danish actor. He is a Danish actor who has played Troels Hartmann, Copenhagen's mayoral candidate, in The Killing. [1] Charles Augustus Magnussen was the third series of Sherlock. Viktor Petrov, the Russian president, was played by the character in American House of Cards. He was awarded an International Emmy Award in 2018 for his part in Danish television drama Herrens Veje,which was broadcast in the UK in 2019 under the name Ride Upon the Storm
